      • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

   2. Refunds

      • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

      • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

   3. Exchanges

      • Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange at no extra cost.

   4. Non-Returnable Items

      • Items on sale, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
